Ah yes Suri is the same color as our slate floor. She was trying very hard to ignore another picture taken. Trying to blend in with her background:).

Our Silver Labrador Suri Gets A Buddy

Suri has gotten a  new companion , a new male silver lab puppy named Levi. It's interesting, he was so calm initially compared to Suri. Now he is full of intense energy of the adolescent nature. Labrador Retrievers require a LOT of exercise, and fortunately we have a huge space where they can run and play. It's an amazing spectacle to see them run together. They look like stallions, or deer, full of grace and amazing energy. I'll have to get a video together of them running at the farm.

For now here are some pictures of  our silver labs playing together:).

And below , the puppies looking rather looking spiffy together. Notice how their coat color changes from inside lighting to outside lighting. Inside with a camera flash the coat reflects more chocolate than silver. Outside, this silver hue is more apparent.

Our Beautiful Labrador Retriever

Suri is our beautiful Silver Lab girl. We were looking for a new puppy to fill the place of our dear yellow Labrador Retriever Cooie who got hit by a car last year. We were so fortunate to find our beautiful silver girl. I hadn't realized that this coat color was even available in this breed, and will be posting more on the silver lab coloring in future posts.
